Not bad automobile

Great mileage, reliable, safe( withstood getting totaled with no injury to me or my grand dog), comfy, just the right size! Simply gripe: blind spot.

Absolutely adored this auto until... 136,000

My family has been ownership Subaru's my whole life. Nosotros've always driven them "into the ground" if you will. I commute a total of 64 miles a day and travel a lot through out the year. I love hiking and mount biking and this Subaru was the perfect fit for my life manner. Even my Neat Pyrenees loves information technology! She has her own little hammock in the back where she can snooze and grab the breeze. At 26,000 miles, my center differential went bad and Subaru gave me a brand new CVT Manual. I've kept up with all my maintenance and take pride in keeping my motorcar in great status. At 136,500 miles, I started noticing a shudder in my transmission. Mainly in first and second gear. And then the next day, it was significantly worse. I feel the shudder in 3rd and 4th gear, merely not as bad. I contacted Subaru of America since they extended the warranty on the CVT by 100,000 due to customer complaints. I'thou manifestly over that limit and they weren't besides willing to assist out. The best choice they had was to give me a merchandise-in with credits towards a new Subaru. I'm hesitant to take this offer and haven't made a decision yet, but I wanted to share my story. I actually, really love this automobile. Information technology brings me to tears to call up I might sell it. I promise this helps someone else <iii

I WISH I KEPT LOOKING!

My 2003 honda accord is better. The engine is loud when you accelerate information technology ever sounds like its having trouble trying to speed up. When driving on the highway the motel sounds very loud. Yous can't hear anyone talking in the front if you are in the back its so loud. Pay a niggling actress and get something better maybe fifty-fifty a legacy.

Most reliable car I've owned

This motorcar met all of my needs in terms of space, size and reliability. The automobile comes with all wheel drive which is standard on Subaru's and makes information technology stand out from other cars in its class.

Goes Anywhere, but it's Terminally Boring

I've endemic the limited trim level since I got it new. Information technology's gone 116,000 miles, survived New England and Midwestern winters, and many trips to drill weekends that should accept rescheduled due to weather. It'southward a good matter that the places this car tin can take me are fun and exciting, because the drive there is every bit rubber and dull as waiting for my desktop to start up. Truly, this automobile is a comfort coating on wheels. Nothing about it could be considered challenging, exciting, or thrilling. But that's not really the bespeak though, the modern Impreza isn't for gear heads or car people. Information technology's marketing is really concise - this car is designed specifically for people who hike the Appalachian Trail, and their couple's dark involves microbreweries and craft beer. They probably take a aureate retriever, or black lab, and them and their spouse wear matching Columbia downward vests. The drab utility of this car doesn't mean that yous have to shop at Whole Foods and drink imported Arabica coffee (French pressed, of class), but it's lack of excitement and dreary dependability feels self bodacious with taking away your bureau when holding the wheel. It will become you there, just sit down down and allow this baby sitter of a vehicle have you lot to your destination.

Fantastic automobile

Great automobile for the coin. Fun to bulldoze and handles nifty. Roomy seating and fantastic for road trips. Sound organization could exist better but that is my only minor complaint.

Truck possessor to sedan

This car is not bad on gas which is a major positive and quality I am looking for. My primary vehicle is a Chevy Silverado which is great in many aspects just gas and it is not All Wheel Drive. Coming from New York where the winters are rough and icy, yous Demand an awd car. AWD comes standard for all Subaru'due south and they do not charge y'all actress for that perk

All-time car I've ever driven

I bought this motorcar on 2/18 and still currently drive it. Information technology'southward reliable, spacious, fuel efficent, and the AWD is always a bonus. Information technology's a fun little car that'south definitely not afraid to become dingy. I've taken it driftiing and mudding and I never lost control of information technology. Overall, I'd give it a iv/5. Not a large fan of the style it looks.

Performant... in information technology'south ain field (winter and rain)

This marks my second year of buying of my Subaru Impreza Limited 2014. So far, and then good! The Impreza is definitely a very complete car to anyone looking for a rubber and confident car on the road. The low and horizontally placed Boxer Engine combined with the permanent all wheel drive system gives the driver the feeling to be ''sticked to the basis''. My biggest issue is with the CVT engine, which I find very laggy at some bespeak because I feel it shifts too quickly to greater ''simulated gears'', making the driver struggle to have acces to the car's power, already depression with it'southward 148 HP... (for case, you can be in 5th gear running at 35 mph...) this might be a reason I would switch eventually to a car with dual clutch like a GTI or an Acura...
